Endpoint Management to Standardise Performance and Eliminate Downtime

Effective endpoint management removes the blind spots in your business. When laptops and workstations operate without oversight, small performance issues accumulate unnoticed until they cause a critical failure. We replace this uncertainty with complete visibility, ensuring every device on your network is monitored, healthy, and ready to work.

Endpoint Management FAQs

No. The agent we use is exceptionally lightweight and designed to run silently in the background without consuming significant processor or memory resources. You will not notice it running during your daily work. If the agent detects a heavy task is needed, it waits until the machine is idle before executing it.

We strictly protect your privacy. Our management tools give us data on hardware health (disk space, temperature, memory usage) but do not show us your active screen, open documents, or browsing history. If we ever need to view your screen to assist with a support ticket, we must initiate a remote connection request which notifies you immediately.

Yes. The management agent communicates securely over the internet, not just your office network. As long as the device has an internet connection, we can monitor its health, push security updates, and provide remote support, ensuring your remote team receives the same standard of care as office-based staff.

We recommend leaving devices in “sleep” mode rather than fully powering them off if possible, as this allows our maintenance scripts to run outside of business hours. However, if you prefer to shut down, our system will simply queue the necessary updates and apply them quietly the next time you turn the device on.
